Of the two, Cho Kantan Bari is the better equipped package. It combines two high-transparency screen protectors with two camera lens protectors[1].
The procedure works like this. Remove the lid from the bundled tool, place the phone inside, put the lid back on, and lock down the corners. Then hold the lid steady, pull the blue tape in the direction of the arrow, peel off the blue label, and run a finger down the center of the screen[2]. Because the tool removes dust at the same moment it aligns the film, it targets the two problems that ruin most screen protector installs: trapped bubbles and stray particles.
The camera lens protectors get their own applicator, which positions the glass accurately when you simply set it down[1]. Instead of glue or double-sided tape, the adhesive face carries a silicone coating, so the film self-adheres when placed on the display[2]. If the alignment drifts, you can lift it and try again.
For bubbles, ELECOM uses an air-less treatment with a special adsorption layer that lets trapped air disperse over time. Small bubbles can be pushed toward the edge with a finger, though the company notes that larger ones may not disappear.
The surface is 10H tempered glass to resist scratches. It is worth noting that the figure comes from a pencil hardness test conducted to ELECOM's own standard. The edges use rounded-edge processing to reduce snagging, and a shatter-prevention design keeps glass fragments from scattering if the protector breaks. An anti-fingerprint treatment is common to both series.
One practical caveat: if you use Face ID with the protector installed, you need to register Face ID again after application[2]. Because the display curves at the edges, the film is also cut slightly narrower than the visible screen area. Both series qualify for THINK ECOLOGY, ELECOM's in-house environmental certification.
