Anthropic has expanded the Claude Partner Network, its program for firms that help enterprises adopt Claude, by introducing the Services Track, which ranks partners by what they have actually delivered, and the Claude Partner Hub, a public portal that shows where each firm stands[1]. By measuring metrics such as the number of certified practitioners and production deployments against a common bar, Anthropic aims to make it easier for companies to choose who they trust with a Claude rollout.

A Claude Partner Network that keeps growing

Anthropic launched the Claude Partner Network in March 2026. Backed by a 100 million USD (about 16 billion yen) investment in partner training, technical support, and shared marketing, the program targets the firms that help enterprises put Claude into production[1]. *1 USD = 160 JPY (as of June 3, 2026)

Since then, more than 40,000 firms have applied to join and more than 10,000 consultants have earned a Claude certification. The credential is held by an individual rather than a firm and signals that the person has been trained to build and deploy Claude in production[1].

Some of the world's largest professional-services firms are also adopting Claude internally while rolling it out to clients. Anthropic says Accenture is training 30,000 professionals on the model, Cognizant has rolled it out to roughly 350,000 associates, Deloitte is making it available to 470,000 people worldwide, and KPMG is integrating it across a workforce of more than 276,000. Infosys is building industry-specific Claude agents, and PwC has begun rolling out Claude Code and Cowork starting with its US teams and expanding toward a global workforce in the hundreds of thousands[1].

The Services Track: three tiers based on track record

The newly introduced Services Track reflects how deep a firm's Claude practice runs across three tiers. The measures are the number of active certified practitioners (holders who have used Claude within the past 90 days), the number of customers running Claude in production, and the number of customers willing to vouch for the firm in a published customer story[1].

Tier Key requirements
Select At least 10 active certified individuals, at least 2 joint customers deployed in production in the trailing 12 months, and at least 1 public customer story
Preferred At least 100 active certified individuals, at least 15 deployed joint customers, and at least 3 public stories
Global Premier At least 1,000 active certified individuals, at least 100 deployed joint customers across three or more regions, at least 15 public stories, and a joint business plan with named executive sponsors

Notably, the bar does not change with company size. A ten-person AI-native shop and a global consultancy are measured against the same requirements; size neither lowers the bar nor raises the tier, and a firm climbs by growing its certified bench[1]. Every firm's dashboard shows the same numbers Anthropic sees, and standing is verified every quarter. Detailed requirements for each tier are published at claude.com/partners[1].

The Claude Partner Hub: a public portal refreshed daily

The other pillar is the Claude Partner Hub, which makes a partner's standing visible. Each partner can see where it stands against the published requirements, refreshed daily, and customers looking for Claude expertise can find the firms most qualified for their project[1]. Every partner's tier, certified team, customer deployments, and public references appear in the Hub's public directory, so anyone evaluating partners can see what a firm has built and delivered[1].

Partners can also connect the Partner Hub to Claude through a new MCP connector. From there, a firm can ask Claude where it stands against the next tier, the status of a registered deal, or how many of its consultants hold an active certification, and act on the answer right away[1].

What it means for partners, and what comes next

Anthropic lays out four principles so partners can plan around the program. First, a firm always knows where it stands: its current standing against the published requirements and what the next tier requires are refreshed daily in the Partner Hub. Second, building a practice and bringing in business are credited separately. Tier standing measures the practice a firm has built—certified practitioners, production deployments, and customers willing to vouch for it—while sending new business to Anthropic is rewarded on its own track through referral credit and deal protection, so a firm never has to choose between the two[1].

Third, the promotion schedule is visible in advance. Promotions are processed twice a year, on January 1 and July 1, with an additional review on October 1, 2026 in this first year. A firm moves down only at the annual review on December 31, only if it no longer meets its tier's requirements, and only after 90 days' notice and a chance to close the gap[1]. Fourth, the 100 million USD committed in March funds partner training, dedicated technical support, and shared marketing, and firms that join now get priority access to new certifications as they are introduced[1].

Looking ahead, Anthropic plans specializations for specific industries and use cases, along with rewards that grow as a partner's deployments grow. Getting started is free and includes access to Anthropic Partner Academy certification exams; new applicants begin at the entry-level Registered tier, which requires a minimum commitment of 10 certified practitioners, and partnership formally begins at Select[1].

Summary

By adding the Services Track and the Claude Partner Hub to the Claude Partner Network, Anthropic has built a way to rank partners against a common bar and make that standing public. Centered on certified practitioners and production deployments, and applying the same requirements regardless of size, the design gives companies a clearer signal when choosing who to entrust with a Claude rollout. With specializations and other expansions already previewed, the partner economy built around Claude looks set to accelerate.
