With the latest update (version 22.3.0), Photoshop has finally gone native on Apple Silicon. This lets the app run without going through Rosetta 2, which means a noticeable performance boost. For M1 Mac users, this is great news.

App launch and overall operation have gotten faster thanks to native support. If you take a look at Activity Monitor, you'll see it clearly labeled as "Apple."

Some other apps like Illustrator still aren't updated yet, but I'm looking forward to those releases.
